Fixed a problem causing the caching mechanism to malfunction. You no longer have to force a re-retrieval of a URL.

Most of the updates are complete with a few exceptions. These involve porting some code to PHP and will take a little longer to complete. Let me know of any problems with the tools.

It's taking me a little longer than anticipated to complete the update. This is due to the update being more involved than anticipated and my being busier with work than I thought I would be. I'll have time to work on it over the weekend and hopefully complete it for next week.

An update is in the works for the tools. I hope to have it completed within the next week. One of the new features is local caching of URLs so a copy is always available for future reference. Contact information has also changed; use the Comments form of my personal site for initial contact.
